At MG Moxiegears, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and the steps required to request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The vehicle must be in original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.

The odometer reading upon return must not exceed the reading noted at delivery by more than 5 km. The odometer reading is documented on the shipment receipt at the time of delivery.

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the vehicle.

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Vehicles where the odometer reading exceeds the documented delivery reading by more than 5 km.

Vehicles or products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Custom-built or personalized vehicles, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Accessories or parts that have been installed or used.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Include the delivery receipt with the odometer reading documented during delivery.

2. Inspection:

Once the return request is approved, our team will inspect the vehicle for compliance with the return conditions, including the odometer reading.

3. Approval:

If the vehicle meets all return criteria, we will proceed with the return and refund process.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned vehicle has been inspected and approved.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Vehicles

If the vehicle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos or videos of the damage/defect along with your order details.

We will arrange for inspection and either repair, replace, or refund the vehicle depending on the issue.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth processing of your return request:

Verify and confirm the odometer reading at the time of delivery. This reading will be documented on the shipment receipt.

Retain all original accessories, manuals, and packaging in case a return is necessary.
