We currently provide delivery services only within Egypt, covering all major cities and towns. Orders placed outside Egypt cannot be processed or delivered at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard Delivery: Delivery is typically completed within 7–14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Custom Orders or Large Deliveries: For customized golf carts or bulk purchases, delivery may take 2–4 weeks, depending on availability and shipping distance.

Express Delivery: Subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact our support team for expedited delivery options.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather or holidays.

3. Delivery Costs

Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the item(s).

Delivery fees will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

4. Delivery Process

Shipment Receipt: At the time of delivery, a shipment document must be signed by the buyer or an authorized representative of the buyer.

By signing the shipment receipt, the recipient confirms the odometer reading (if applicable) and the successful delivery of the product.

Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect the package for damage before signing the delivery receipt.

To ensure smooth delivery:

Provide accurate delivery details, including the address and contact information.

Ensure that the buyer or an authorized representative is available to sign the shipment receipt.

Verify the odometer reading and vehicle condition upon delivery.

6. Handling and Assembly

All vehicles are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

For large items like golf carts, assembly or setup may be required upon delivery. Assembly services may be available for an additional fee—contact us for more details.

7. Damage or Issues with Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us immediately by contacting Customer Support within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Provide photos of the damage, packaging, and product to help us resolve the issue promptly.
